Vendure Starter
The entry plan for selling to other businesses. Your customers get an account for their whole company, ask for a quote, save the things they buy often, and reorder in seconds instead of emailing an order through.

9 of 32 commercial capabilities, on top of the free open-source core.
Is Starter the right plan for you?
Starter fits when
- You are opening your first B2B store
- Customers order by phone, email or spreadsheet today
- One account per customer company is enough
- The same buyers reorder the same items
- Some prices are agreed by quote, not published
- You want a price you can budget without a sales call
Choose Growth instead when
- A customer has branches or departments buying separately
- You sell the same product by unit, box and pallet
- A customer's buyers need to share lists across their company
- Your team loses time searching the dashboard
What changes for your customers
A business buyer is not a shopper. They are reordering something they have bought forty times, on terms someone agreed months ago, often on behalf of a company rather than themselves. A consumer checkout makes them retype all of it.
Starter closes that gap with four things. A company account holds the business, its buyers and its order history in one place. Quotes let a buyer ask for a price and turn your answer into an order without rekeying it. Shopping lists and reorder from history mean a repeat order is a click. Quick order lets someone who already knows the product codes paste them straight into the basket.
The result is the boring outcome that matters: the orders that used to arrive as email land as orders, already priced, already attributed to the right account.
eCube built quick reorder by hand for Weishäupl's franchise partners. Starter ships quick order, shopping lists and reorder from history, so you don't have to.

Questions about Starter
Vendure Core, the open-source framework underneath every plan, is free under GPLv3 and includes the catalogue, orders, customers, payments, the dashboard and the plugin model. If your customers place standard orders and pay by card, Core is very likely all you need. Starter exists for the moment a customer asks for one account for their whole business, or a price that is theirs alone. Explore Core.
No. €199 a month is flat. There is no charge on gross merchandise value, no fee per order and no fee per user, so growing revenue does not reprice the platform. Vendure Cloud usage above the resources your plan includes is billed separately.
Organization hierarchy, packaging units, gift cards and global search arrive at Growth. Order approvals, contract pricing, the audit log, single sign-on and the B2B storefront arrive at Scale. PunchOut, quote negotiation and the product configurator arrive at Enterprise, along with capabilities built for your business. Plans are cumulative, so moving up keeps everything you already had.
Yes. Vendure is a platform your team builds a storefront on, not a hosted shop you configure in a browser. Weishäupl's rebuild, by the partner eCube, took four weeks. If you would rather not staff it, an official Vendure partner can deliver the project.
Yes, and the work is a plan change rather than a rebuild. Every capability in Starter is included in Growth, Scale and Enterprise, so nothing you build on Starter is thrown away.
Moving from another platform?
Most teams on Starter arrive from a platform that could not give a customer one account for their whole business. The guides cover what transfers, what has to be rebuilt, and what the move costs in engineering time.
