Expert engineers, embedded alongside your team
We embed up to three Vendure experts with your team: architecture and design, code review, pairing with your engineers, performance work, upgrades, and unblocking your team when it is stuck. We never take over the project, and that is the point: your team keeps delivery ownership and builds up the knowledge, so you are not dependent on us when the engagement ends. Embedded work uses one rate, with the full commercial detail in a two-page rate card you can hand straight to procurement.
One rate: €200 an hour, €1,600 a day
Per expert, excl. VAT, billed in full eight-hour days. On-call strategic input from our leadership team, where it helps, is billed at the same rate and only for the time used.
Embedded work: three dials
Assemble the engagement from people, days per week, and term, and adjust the mix as the work evolves. Indicatively, that runs from €4,800 a week for one expert at three days to €24,000 a week for three experts at five.
People: up to three experts
Sized per project to the phase you are in, from a single senior engineer to a team of three.
Days per week: three to five
Three days a week keeps steady momentum. Five is for intensive phases, like the final stretch before a launch or a migration.
Initial term: three months and up
Three months minimum, whatever the intensity. Beyond that the term is a guide, not a lock-in: a longer term reserves the team more firmly, always at the same rate.
The Jumpstart package: from signature to a running project
Vendure Jumpstart is a separately priced onboarding engagement for the first implementation sprints. Everything beyond it, from migration support to workshops and team training, runs as embedded work at the standard rate.
