Enterprise commerce, built around the way your business sells
For organisations whose buying is specific and demanding: customers who order through their own procurement systems, deals negotiated round by round, products specified before they can be priced, and rules no standard platform ships.
Minimum annual licence budget
€60,000
per year on contract, excl. VAT
- 32 capabilities, 8 of them exclusive to Enterprise
- Dedicated key account manager
- Engineering capacity for capabilities built for your business
- DPA, mutual NDA and the standard contract set, ready to sign
Implementation is scoped separately, by your team, a Vendure partner or the Vendure team.
What €60,000 a year covers, and what sits on top
The licence is the predictable part. The programme around it is sized with you.

Is Enterprise the right conversation?
Enterprise is the right conversation when
- Your largest customers order through their own procurement systems
- Prices are negotiated deal by deal, and you need the history
- Products are specified to order before they can be priced
- You need capabilities no platform ships, built and maintained for you
- Admins for each brand or region may only see their own records
- Procurement expects a contract, a DPA, SLAs and a named contact
Scale gets you there faster when
- One approval step, contract price lists and an audit log cover your buying rules
- You want to start this quarter with a free trial rather than a procurement cycle
- Your team or your partner will build the extensions you need
- Everything you need today is already in the platform
- Paying by card suits you better than signing a contract
What Enterprise adds on top of Scale
Scale covers the 24 capabilities a procurement-led business needs to sell. Enterprise adds the eight below.

Ordering, for customers who buy through procurement
For buyers who start in their own systems, negotiate the price and specify the product first.
Ordering
PunchOut
Your largest customers buy through procurement systems such as SAP Ariba or Coupa. With PunchOut (cXML), their buyers shop your catalogue from inside their own purchasing system and send the basket back for approval there, so every order follows their process and lands in yours.
Win the accounts that only buy through procurement.
Ordering
Quote negotiation
Large deals are agreed over rounds of email and spreadsheets. Here, sales revises the quote, the buyer comments or asks for changes, approvals run on each version, and every version is kept.
Shorter deal cycles, every agreed price on record.
Ordering
Product configurator
Products that must be specified before they can be priced usually live in PDF forms and sales inboxes. Buyers configure them online through structured options and constraints and get a price for that exact configuration. Sold elsewhere as CPQ.
Engineered-to-order enquiries become orders.
02 · 2 capabilities
Price and approve the way your business already does
Prices from the ERP or CPQ that already calculates them, and approval chains with as many levels as procurement requires.
Prices and payment
Advanced pricing
When the price already lives in your ERP, a CPQ system or SAP condition records, checkout asks that system through a connector built for it, and your contract price lists price anything it does not answer. Terms no standard rule can express are built with our engineers, on pricing patterns we have delivered before.
No manual repricing, no invoice corrections.
Approvals and control
Advanced approvals
Whether an order may proceed can depend on a cost centre, a project budget or a system outside commerce. Approval chains with more than one level, timeouts, delegation and custom conditions model the sign-off as it really runs.
Approval holds become an auditable process.

Run one platform across the whole group
Running several brands or markets off one backend is multi-channel, which is in Vendure Core. Enterprise adds the rules that limit which records each brand's or region's admins can see, and the controls your auditors review.
Business accounts
Admin access policies
Several brands, regions or key accounts run on one platform, and each team must only see its own records. Rules decide which individual records an administrator can see, with built-in conditions for customer group and order state, and your own conditions for a brand, a region or a single account.
One platform, each team sees only its own.
Approvals and control
Federated single sign-on
Groups that run more than one identity provider, after acquisitions or across subsidiaries, let administrators from each directory sign in through their own provider into one platform.
Each directory signs in, with roles from its groups.
Approvals and control
Audit governance
When an auditor or regulator asks who changed what, retention and export controls hold the audit records for as long as your regime requires.
Turns an audit request into an export.
Every plan includes the one before it. Enterprise includes all of them, and the people behind them.
Starter, Growth and Scale are software you buy on a card and run with your own team. Each step up adds capabilities, and Scale already covers what most procurement-led businesses need to sell.
Enterprise is the step where the relationship changes. You get the full capability set, and you also get the engineering team that builds the platform working on your requirements, a dedicated key account manager who knows your account, and a contract that carries the commitments your operations, security and legal teams will ask for.
Built around your organisation
Enterprise is the platform and the people behind it: a dedicated contact who knows your account, engineers who build what your business needs, and the commitments your operations and security teams will ask for before go-live.
Capabilities built for you
Vendure engineers build the capabilities your business needs and no platform ships, then maintain them against every release. Every plan lets your team extend the platform; Enterprise is the plan where we build it for you, end to end.
Key account manager
One named person at Vendure who knows your account, your systems and your contract. They resolve the issue or bring in the engineer who can.
Service level agreements
Response and resolution commitments for production, agreed for your operation and written into the contract. Available on request.
Penetration testing support
Support for the penetration tests your security team or a third party runs against your deployment.
Security review support
Questionnaires, architecture walkthroughs and the documentation your security and compliance teams ask for, answered by the people who build the platform.
Three ways to implement, one licence
Enterprise is the licence and the people behind it. Who builds your implementation is your call, and the capabilities and contract are identical on every route.
Your own team
Your engineers own delivery on a platform they can read and extend. Product support is included in the plan, and Vendure experts can embed alongside your team through Professional Services when you want them.
How Professional Services worksAn official Vendure partner
An agency that has delivered Vendure before owns the project end to end, in your region and your language, against the same licence and the same capabilities.
Find a partnerThe Vendure team
The engineers who build the platform deliver your implementation end to end: architecture, build, integrations and go-live, with your key account manager as the single point of contact.

Ready for procurement and legal
Enterprise programmes pass through legal, data-protection and security reviews before they start. We have been through all three many times and know what each team will ask for.
Contracts, DPA and mutual NDA start from templates proven with every Enterprise customer, then tailored to your deal. The prerequisites are in place, so your legal team begins from a familiar draft rather than a blank page.
Mutual NDA before the first call
Ask for one when you request the discovery call and we send our standard mutual NDA before anything is shared.
Data Processing Agreement
Prepared for every Enterprise customer and ready for your data protection officer to review.
Standard contract set
Enterprise agreement, Commercial Licence, Order Form and DPA, modelled on widely used standard terms so your legal team reviews familiar documents rather than negotiating from a blank page.
A commercial licence, plainly written
One commercial software licence covers the platform and everything built on it. Your own code stays yours. Legal reviews one document.
Deploy where your policy requires
Any cloud, on-premises, or a specific region, at the same price. Vendure Cloud, our managed hosting, is planned for general availability in Q1 2027 as a further option.
A flat annual fee
No charge on gross merchandise value, per order or per user, and the price does not go up when your shop sells more. Prices exclude VAT.
Planning to share Vendure with your team?
When you bring Vendure to colleagues, the Enterprise overview gives you a short, printable summary in plain business language: what Enterprise includes, what it solves, how it is delivered, and what procurement will find ready.
What the overview answers
- What Vendure is, and who it is for
- What Enterprise includes, and how it compares to the other plans
- What each Enterprise capability solves, in one paragraph each
- How implementation works: in-house, partner or Vendure team
- Which organisations run on Vendure today
- What procurement and legal will find ready

Questions about Enterprise
Because it is a different kind of agreement from the self-serve plans. The licence covers every capability, and the contract adds the people behind them: a dedicated key account manager, engineering capacity for capabilities built for your business, security review and penetration-test support, and the contractual commitments procurement asks for. All prices exclude VAT.
It is the minimum annual licence budget. The final figure depends on the capabilities in scope and the engineering work agreed with you. Whatever the figure, it is flat: there is no charge on gross merchandise value, per order or per user, and the price does not go up when your shop sells more.
Implementation is scoped separately, because it depends on who delivers it. Your own team can, with product support included and Professional Services available alongside them at a published day rate. An official Vendure partner can deliver end to end. On Enterprise, the Vendure team can also take on the whole implementation, which we scope with you in the discovery call.
Yes. Tick the option when you request the discovery call and we send our standard mutual NDA before anything is shared. Most Enterprise conversations start this way.
Yes. A DPA is prepared for every Enterprise customer, and service level agreements with response and resolution commitments for production are available on request and written into the contract. The full contract set, platform agreement, commercial licence, order form and DPA, is modelled on widely used standard terms so your legal team reviews familiar documents.
A dedicated key account manager at Vendure who knows your account, your systems and your contract. They resolve what they can directly and bring in the engineers who build the platform for the rest. If the Vendure team delivers your implementation, they remain your single point of contact throughout.
Yes. No plan is sold à la carte, so an Enterprise capability comes with Enterprise. Tell us which capability you need when you request the call. If it is the whole gap, the scope stays small.
Yes. An official Vendure partner can source and deliver the project against the same licence, with the same capabilities and the same contract. If you already have an agency you trust, that is often the fastest route.
Start from your buying rules rather than your size. If order approvals, contract pricing, the audit log and the B2B storefront cover what your customers need, Scale gets you live this quarter with a free trial, and many teams start there. If your customers order through procurement systems, negotiate quotes in rounds, or configure products before pricing them, or if you need capabilities built for you, that is what Enterprise is for. The discovery call answers this in one conversation, and if Scale fits better we will say so.
